The grill is super easy to use. Very versatile and easy to clean. It does NOT have a large cooking area. If you're cooking for a large group you might want something with a larger cooking surface. The ease of cleaning and exchanging surface plates makes this a terrific product.

I bought mine a few years ago, when it first came out, to replace the too-small GF grill I had. I find myself using this one almost every day - nothing beats scrambled eggs on toast in the morning, and a hot meal at night!
The Pros:
Easy to use
Easy clean-up, especially with the GF sponges
Large padded handle
Detachable non-stick grill plates
Quick heating and cooking time
Durable
The included guide has accurate cooking time guidelines
You will find uses for it that you wouldn't have thought of when you bought it (like making sauces!)
The Cons:
The plastic handles on the sides of the grill plates are on the flimsy side
The plates don't attach tightly after years of use
Uneven heating

This is my third GF grill. The first two were the jumbo sized grills. I loved using them, hated cleaning them! This one is j-u-s-t right ... it takes up less counter space, the fats drain off easier and it looks nicer. The actual grilling area doesn't seem so much smaller than the large ones I had before.The best part of it is, it is SO much easier to clean!
