My daughter (like the rest of us) needs about 1000 mg calcium a day. It would be hard to get h er to drink 3 cups of milk a day, even with chocolate syrup. One Adora calcium provides half of her needs per day and (according to her) they taste good - better than any other chocolate calcium product. She tried the chewey calciums by another maker, but she says that they don't taste so good. With these, I don't have to ask her to take them.
ONE CAVEAT: these melt easily, so keep them in the fridge or freezer.
