The guitar worked less than a week before it overheated. It suddenly stopped working and when we went to check the batteries, they were so hot they would burn skin. We thought it was the cheap batteries that came in it that was the problem, but no, the new set of brand new Duracells didn't work in it either, yet heated up in a matter of a minute. I'm so glad this product is LEAVING my house and going back to Sam's Club. What a shame that Disney would be willing to put their name on such a piece of junk. It really is a safety issue, which is why I'm posting this today.
Also, the headset that goes with guitar won't stay on, leading to total frustration for my daughter. I'm brokenhearted that the present that was to be the highlight of her Christmas (all she wanted was a guitar and loves Hannah, so I thought this was the perfect gift) turned out to be such a downer.

My husband and I bought this set at Sam's Club for his daughter. She seemed pleased to get it, but once out of the package, it felt cheap and junky, and the keyboard didn't emit any sound. In fact, all the Hannah Montana stuff we and others have bought her has seemed very cheap, junky and low-quality. My husband and I have vowed to never buy her any more HM products, ever. It just leads to disappointment on her part and wasted money on our part. Not recommended.
