I never received this item because I ordered direct from the "As Seen on TV" website. After ordering, I discovered that the shipping charges were $15.00 and tried to cancel. I was never able to get a live person on the phone and the website does not have any other way to contact them--no email contact. Then a few days later, we received a phone call from someone that got our number from "As Seen on TV" trying to sell us earrings. Now it has been 13 days and we have not heard from them or received the item. We called again and were not able to speak to a person. Called again and finally spoke with someone. The order has still not been shipped and we cancelled it. The moral of the story--buy only through Amazon and good luck if you buy from this "As Seen on TV" company. Wish I could give you a review of the product, but I obviously never received it!!

I bought the PediPaws and followed the instuctions. It is quick and easy to use. It comes with a great brush for grooming too.
