Beauty : Dior Diorshow Mascara

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - It's OK
I got a sample of this mascara in black, and was disappointed. It looks OK on, but I just was not impressed. For a product that retails at $24 I expected better. It doesn't irritate my eyes or anything, but after a few hours I find that I get little mascara flakes under my eyes (not good!). The coverage is OK, but that's about all I can say. For $24 I could ride out half a year or more with just about anything by L'Oreal (which has never disappointed me in more than a decade) or go a whole year with Maybelline Great Lash -- another great one that lasts and gives good lash.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - So much hype over so little.
I have short, light lashes so I am always on the lookout for a great mascara.

After finally taking the rather expensive plunge to try Diorshow I am so unimpressed. I did one eye in my standby Loreal mascara and one in Dior and I could not tell the difference. Coated lashes, no clumping.

Hardly anything to get excited about. I wish I had my 24 dollars back. If there really is a sucker born every minute I guess it was my turn this time around.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - I finally found my fav mascara but there is a minor flaw
I been searching for a mascara that deliveries the biggest longest lashes for a while now. This one has been the best. Another close call was the Lancome Hypnosis. Not sure if the one I have is a different formula or not but I have the blackout version. It works so well on my lashes, at first. They were very lenghtened, a good amount of volume, and pretty good at seprating the lashes. It seems that alot of mascara is on the brush, so you have to wipe off the essesse amount of your lashes will clump. Also, I fell in love with it, but this past month I begin to question why I loved it so much, because it has gotten very thick and hard to take out of the tube and put on, an I always close my tube tight when through with it. But it still works good just can be messy. I would buy this again, however, I have to buy it alot, because like another customer said, it goes downhill about half way through. But for the first half of tube, it just may be the best mascara out there.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I'm an Eye Batter Now
My eyelashes are pretty non-existent, but after this mascara I had people ask me if they were fake, which is pretty crazy since they never were noticeable before. I'm so thankful I found a good mascara that really makes my eyes pop. I feel sexy and beautiful and I love to bat my eyes.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Save your money
I was hesitant to review because I couldn't say very positive things about Dior's Mascara. I was looking for something really out of the ordinary and had never tried mascara that didn't come from Wal-Mart or as a freebie in a gift collection. I thought I would try Dior's mascara and see if the extra money was worth it. Well, it wasn't. I can't even say it's the same as the Revlon I was using or just as good. It flakes and crumbles and burns my eyes. It doesn't appear to work any better than my cheaper mascaras. Also, and this may be coincidence, my eyelashes broke off at the tips on just one side. They have never done that before! So, if you are like me, save your money. You can buy two or three of the cheaper mascaras for the price of one Dior.
